We have a strong belief that teaching and learning elements of any training program is vital to the growth and development of people. It is in the classroom (virtual or face to face) where relationships are built, learning takes place and individuals can have real discussions about their future goals. We understand that people have a range of individual needs that can only be responded to in a caring and nurturing environment.
Our proudest moments do not stem just from getting people into jobs and seeing businesses succeed, but through our learners telling us they feel more confident, gained specific skills and up to date knowledge linked to their ambitions and are ready to take the next steps on their development journey.

Obtained LEAD first sub-contracting opportunities with FE colleges and independent training providers in the UK
Delivered training solutions to BT, Jaguar Land Rover, CAT and Molson Coors brewery
Started to build LEAD’s workforce
Obtained additional sub-contracting opportunities
Highest ranked training provider as voted by the Job Centre for excellent learner feedback and job outcomes achieved
Increased LEAD’s work force further to deliver courses in Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Sandwell and the rest of the West Midlands
Secured LEAD Digital Skills Bootcamp direct contract with the Department for Education in Digital Marketing
Further strengthened LEAD’s workforce known as the LEAD family
Started delivery training in Mental Health and Wellbeing through additional sub-contracting opportunities
